Consider/Approve Request from the OCCHS Quarterback Club, Inc. to
Attach Speakers to the Multi-Purpose Building

Background Information :

OCCHS Quarterback Club, Inc. has requested permission to attach speakers to the Obion County Central Multi-Purpose Building. As per the request, the speakers will be installed on the inside and outside of the building. The Tennessee Internal School Uniform Accounting Policy Manual provides, “The local board must approve the construction or installation of permanent fixtures.”

Staff Recommendation:

As the request is in compliance with rules, regulations, and policy, I recommend approval of the request from OCCHS Quarterback Club, Inc.
